After getting many quotes from different companies, I requested a quote from Robert. He answered right away. We spoke briefly on a Friday morning. He had one of his associates out at my home around 330 the same day to measure and give me a quote. On Monday, he finished our 3 rooms in around 6 hours. I had planned to install vinyl flooring myself in three bedrooms of a new house. As I was prepping the flooring on Saturday, I twisted my leg and dislocated my kneecap. I had planned to complete the flooring by Monday. Rendered unable to walk, I reached out for quotes on Angi. High Class reached out to me within minutes and we're very understanding (I already had the flooring, 6 mil poly, etc). One of them came out an hour later to measure and shortly after I had an estimate I was pleased with and Robert scheduled the install for Monday morning. In less than a full day, they installed the flooring, quarter round, and removed the carpet I had taken out. They were friendly, offered great advice, connected the new vinyl to the vinyl in the existing rooms, and cleaned everything thoroughly before leaving. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly recommend them to any of my friends that need flooring installed. Thank you, Robert and Terry!
